One Click Catering $500 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Period:
The One Click Catering $500 Giveaway ("Contest") runs from June 16, 2025, at 12:00 AM PDT to August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT ("Contest Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

2. Eligibility:

  • The Contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of San Diego County, California, and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of One Click Catering are not eligible to participate.

  • Participants must be associated with the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or corporate clients to qualify for entry through orders or referrals.

3. How to Enter:
Participants can earn entries into the Contest as follows:

  • Orders: Receive 1 entry for each fulfilled order placed with One Click Catering during the Contest Period, with a minimum of 10 people served per order or a minimum order value of $250 (inclusive of tax and tip). Orders must be fulfilled between Monday and Friday (no weekend orders) to qualify for an entry.

  • Referrals: Receive 10 entries for each referral of a new client who places and fulfills an order with One Click Catering during the Contest Period, with a minimum of 10 people served per order or a minimum order value of $250 (inclusive of tax and tip). Orders must be fulfilled between Monday and Friday (no weekend orders) to qualify. The referred client must mention the referrer’s name at the time of booking.

  • Local Vendor Referrals: Receive 1 entry for each referral of a local mom-and-pop restaurant in San Diego County that results in a signed vendor agreement with One Click Catering during the Contest Period.

  • There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter; however, entries are tied to fulfilled orders or signed agreements as described above.

4. Order Fulfillment Disclaimer:
One Click Catering reserves the right to decline an order if unable to fulfill due to overbooking or other operational constraints. Participants are encouraged to book early to increase the likelihood of order fulfillment. Non-fulfilled orders will not qualify for entries.

5. Geographic Restriction:
All orders, referrals, and vendor agreements must be within San Diego County, California, to qualify for entries.

6. Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive a cash prize of $500 USD.

  • The prize will be distributed via Venmo or PayPal, based on the winner’s preference.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.

  • Any taxes or fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner Selection and Announcement:

  • The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

  • The drawing will take place on or before September 30, 2025.

  • The winner will be notified via email or phone (based on contact information provided) within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

  • The winner’s name will not be announced publicly unless consent is provided by the winner.

8. General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of One Click Catering, which are final and binding.

  • One Click Catering reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the entry process.

  • One Click Catering is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries due to technical or other issues beyond its control.

  • The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
